HTML Mailer Pro Edition App Reviews
Nice little app
A bit clunky in the handling of fonts and type blocks but easy to work with once you figure out their approach. Lots of online FAQs and support
This app is very dynamic, fully functional and easy to use with little instruction. It has truly rescued us from another year of creating frustrating email newsletters with MS PowerPoint and Outlook. Now we look forward to a very rewarding, productive year with this sensational app.
With so many problems with layout in various email clients, this is the simplest, fastest way to test. I have looked extensively at other test sites and this is the best and cheapest.
I am very impressed with this app. It actually works as expected. It is so easy to use and has really well designed templates to get you started. This developer works constantly to improve it and add additional capabilities. They have meaningful updates almost weekly. This is far superior to stationary packs or other overpriced software. Keep up the great work! I would love to see this integrate with a service like MailChimp.
This software is really bad. I spent a couple of hours formatting a decent looking email. Went to send it, and that’s where it turned to crap. This program does not import CSV files very well at all. If you just want to send from your Contact Book, maybe this program might work. But I had a list of 5,000 names that I wanted to email from a CSV file. Finally got the list formatted for this stupid program and managed to get them loaded into the program (a lot harder than you can imagine (I’mnot going to waste time to explain what hoops I had to jump through). Okay so we have properly formatted email addresses evnetered. Tired to send. Waited. Waited. Waited. Then it crashed. This app may work for sending to a short list, but it is NOT suitable for business usage. Very dissapointed.
I spend hours building an email with “HTML Mailer Pro’s” limited options, but i made my way through and created what looked to be a nice professional HTML email. My coworkers said, "it looks like a T-Mobile add!" I was very impressed until I emailed it, FAIL!!! My hard work looked like a slaughter house changing across different email and browser platforms. Outlook opened it perfect. I opened the email in iCloud from every browser. I listed them in sequential order from not so bad to horrible: Safari (changed sentence spacing), Opera (changed spacing and fonts), Explorer (changed spacing, font and order), Chrome(Changed spacing dramatically and fonts), Fire Fox (total FAIL). They don’t have Times New Roman font which would translate across all platforms. This could be a good app, but it needs serious back end work.
Honestly I think this app is a waste of money, I wasted 15 min and $4.99 to build an email and it took me 10 min on Mailchimp and I exported the HTML there. Very limited styles and limited features.
